Pizza and Healing and Friendship

Here's our new friend Eddie and what a beautiful time we had together with him.

There was an unexplainable feeling that I knew we needed to feed this man. We didn’t know where it would lead but decided to just step out in faith.

I kept thinking about the scripture of how we never know when we’re entertaining angels and we decided to approach him and see what would happen. So we offered the pizza, sat down, and had a lovely chat with our friend.

We talked, we laughed, shared the gospel, and then something really beautiful happened. He said he had back pain from being a carpenter and twisted his back. We prayed a simple prayer of faith “Back pain leave in the Name Of Jesus” and after that, he said his back felt amazing and he felt so relieved because he was in a lot of pain. We said our goodbyes after a wonderful time and we know God Has a special plan for that man.

To the rich, to the poor, Jesus came. To the sick and those who needed a doctor, Jesus came. To the broken and those even trying so hard to be perfect, Jesus came. To set us free from sin, self, and welcome us into a beautiful friendship with Him.

We’re not amazing people, but we are humbled to recognize that Jesus came to save us and we simply want to share His love everywhere we go.
